Coach Brian H. Molina earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, he began to pursue his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certifications to further his knowledge in the field of strength and conditioning. His passion for human performance led Brian to work with a variety of populations. Some examples include athletic, general, and special populations with injuries and restrictions. Brian's passion to help others with their fitness/performance goals has exposed him to different challenges like improving a client's quality of life. Examples of these challenges include musculoskeletal issues, heart surgery post op recovery, gastric bypass post op recovery, elderly clients, and more. Coach Brian understands what it takes to recover from severe musculoskeletal injuries as he has recovered from common athletic injuries like ACL reconstruction and ankle surgery. Brian's most memorable experience was assisting the hockey team, Anaheim Ducks, with their combine testing.

On his spare time, Coach Brian loves to workout, travel, and explore nature. Coach Brian is excited to be a part of the TVT team and is excited to assist the athletics department with the mission of improving the strength and conditioning program for students!
