Every day, we are inspired to grow as students and as people.
TVT’s Tikkun Olam program provides students with intentional and thoughtful opportunities to actively live out our school’s Jewish values through stewardship of the environment, service projects, and simple acts of kindness. It is a call to action for our entire community, reminding us that a better world is possible when we unite together, consider our impact, and share our talents and hearts.
TVT STUDENTS ARE …
- Learning about disabilities and seeking innovative ways to create a more accessible campus
- Helping peers understand complex mathematical concepts well after the school day has ended
- Taking a deep look at food resiliency, cultivating produce, and then organizing schoolwide food drives for local churches and centers
- Discovering all the ways to become strong upstanders and prevent bullying in their communities during the annual Unity Day
“By practicing Tikkun Olam every day as a community, we transform the school culture into one of meaningful, values-driven learning that blends students’ academic, social, and spiritual experiences.”
