    Bio

“I love interacting with young, curious minds. I love the give and take of classroom dialogue as students push to break through preconceived notions of how the world works, sometimes painfully. My joy comes when I can step up beside a student and get them to ask the right questions and risk thinking on their own. A quick payoff is the lightbulb moment; that moment where they have a glimpse of the beauty of the universe. But the ultimate payoff is when the student leaves my class at the end of a term asking better questions of the world around them and feeling more capable of finding their answers. That is when I feel the most satisfaction and the inner smile of satisfaction glows the brightest.”
