Mr. Popper's Penguins

stepping into the roles of the Fairy Tale Advice Council and the characters to whom they offer counsel. Led by Rapunzel, a Prince, and a Witch, the council, provided help with character-building to folktale and nursery rhyme characters. In the show, the Big Bad Wolf learns the Golden Rule, Cinderella gets help in managing her anger, and Jack and the Giant discover their differences are cool. Emphasizing the character building messages interwoven throughout the play, the students learned set design, character acting, team building, and most importantly, Character (does) Matter!
